3 - Screenshot QR codes and send QR codes & pickup address to 919-524-5554 or print out and attach QR codes to item(s)
4 - Our team will set up a pickup window
5 - Specify if you would like us to come to your door for pickup or you can leave return items in a covered secure location
6 - Our couriers will provide a confirmation photo of each item at the counter and you will receive the usual Amazon confirmation receipt via email within a few minutes of drop off
